AN ACT INCREASING ASSET LIMITS FOR HUSKY C ELIGIBILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to increase asset 1
limits for HUSKY C eligibility from (1) one thousand six hundred 2
dollars to ten thousand dollars for an unmarried person, and (2) two 3
thousand four hundred dollars to fifteen thousand dollars for married 4
persons. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To expand access to Medicaid-funded care for older and disabled
residents by increasing the asset limit for the HUSKY C health program.
