AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING AUTHORITY JURISDICTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 8-39 and 8-40 of the general statutes be amended to 1
authorize a housing authority to expand its jurisdiction to include 2
housing in other municipalities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize a housing authority to expand its jurisdiction to include
housing in other municipalities.
