AN ACT EXEMPTING EMPLOYEES OF BOARDS OF EDUCATION
FROM THE PAID SICK LEAVE STATUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-57r of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
employees of local and regional boards of education from the 2
requirement of being provided paid sick leave annually. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt board of education employees from the paid sick leave
statutes.
