AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE PSYCHEDELIC -
ASSISTED THERAPY PILOT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Mental Health and Addiction Services, from the General Fund, for the 2
fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, for the administration of the 3
psychedelic-assisted therapy pilot program established pursuant to 4
section 17a-484g of the general statutes. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate funding for the psychedelic-assisted therapy pilot
program.
