AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR SHELTER SERVICES IN THE
CITIES OF NORWICH AND WILLIMANTIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of five hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the 1
Department of Housing, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2026, for the development of shelter services in the city 3
of Norwich and the expansion of shelter services at the Holy Family 4
Home & Shelter in the city of Willimantic. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allocate funding to support shelter services and homeless programs
in the communities of Norwich and Willimantic.
