AN ACT CONCERNING ANNUAL ADJUSTMENTS TO THE
FOUNDATION AMOUNT OF THE EDUCATION COST -SHARING-
GRANT FORMULA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subdivision (9) of section 10-262f of the general statutes be 1
amended to redefine "foundation" by increasing the amount of the 2
foundation in accordance with the inflation index. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To revise the education cost-sharing-grant formula by increasing the
foundation amount annually in accordance with the inflations index.
