AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION REPORTING
REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE STATUTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-20a of the general statutes be amended to adjust 1
timeframes under the environmental justice statute that would provide 2
for more time to submit public participation reports and allow the 3
public more time to participate in the process. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To adjust certain timeframes under the environmental justice statutes to
allow more time for public participation.
