AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE CONNECTICUT
STING COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-50j of the general statutes be amended to include on 1
the Siting Council representatives of environmental nonprofit 2
organizations and residents of environmental justice communities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To include representatives of environmental nonprofit organizations
and environmental justice communities on the Siting Council.
