AN ACT IMPLEMENTING A UNIFORM SOLAR CAPACITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement a uniform solar 1
capacity tax on equipment and devices that have the primary purpose 2
of collecting solar energy and generating electricity by photovoltaic 3
effect. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To implement a uniform solar capacity tax on equipment and devices
that have the primary purpose of collecting solar energy and generating
electricity by photovoltaic effect.
