AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO STABILIZE AND
RENOVATE THE FACILITY OF THE BOZRAH FIRE DEPARTMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
five hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4
the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection for the 5
purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Bozrah to stabilize 6
and renovate the facility of the Bozrah Fire Department. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to stabilize and renovate the facility of the Bozrah
Fire Department.
