AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A PLANNING 
GRANT TO REHABILITATE RAYMOND HILL CHURCH IN THE TOWN 
OF MONTVILLE. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1 
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 
two hundred fifty thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used 4 
by the Department of Economic and Community Development for the 5 
purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Montville for a 6 
planning grant to rehabilitate a building known as the Raymond Hill 7 
Church. 8 
Statement of Purpose:   
To provide funding for a planning grant to rehabilitate Raymond Hill 
Church in the town of Montville.
