AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A PUBLIC
WORKS GARAGE IN THE TOWN OF LEBANON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Housing for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to 5
the town of Lebanon for the design and construction of a public works 6
garage. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to the town of Lebanon for the design and
construction of a public works garage.
