AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO PURCHASE
CAMP LAUREL IN THE TOWN OF LEBANON AS OPEN SPACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
four hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4
the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for the 5
purpose of purchasing Camp Laurel in the town of Lebanon as open 6
space. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to purchase Camp Laurel in the town of Lebanon as
open space.
