AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO IMPROVE AND
PROVIDE EQUIPMENT FOR WATER LINES IN THE TOWN OF
HEBRON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
two million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Public Health for the purpose of improving, and 5
providing necessary equipment for, water lines in the town of Hebron. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the improvement of and provision of necessary
equipment for water lines in the town of Hebron.
