AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the municipal 1
document recording fees that fund the Community Investment Account 2
by six dollars, and from such increase, one dollar to be retained by the 3
town clerk and five dollars to be credited to said account. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the recording fee that funds the Community Investment
Account by six dollars.
