AN ACT DESIGNATING CONNECTICUT RECIPIENTS OF THE MEDAL
OF HONOR DAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-29a of the general statutes be amended to designate a 1
day in the month of July of each year as Connecticut Recipients of the 2
Medal of Honor Day, to acknowledge residents of the state who have 3
been recipients of the Medal of Honor. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To designate a day in the month of July annually as Connecticut
Recipients of the Medal of Honor Day to acknowledge those residents
who have been recipients of the Medal of Honor.
