Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a housing provider 1 from considering a prospective tenant's felony conviction record in 2 connection with a rental application after a certain time period. 3 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit a housing provider from considering a prospective tenant's felony conviction record after a certain time period.
