AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROPOSED RELOCATION OF A
PROBATE COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 801 of the general statutes be amended to improve 1
access to services offered by a Probate Court, especially for services 2
needed by children, by requiring that any change of location for a 3
Probate Court be approved by all of the municipalities comprising the 4
probate district. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To improve access to services offered by a Probate Court, especially for
services needed by children, by requiring that any change of location for
a Probate Court be approved by all of the municipalities comprising the
probate district.
