AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FULL EMPLOYMENT TRUST FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a Full Employment 1
Trust Fund to be administered by the Labor Department. Such fund 2
shall be used to administer funds in order to create and administer jobs 3
and paid training opportunities for unemployed and underemployed 4
individuals unable to find suitable employment. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To create a Full Employment Trust Fund to be administered by the
Labor Department.
