AN ACT EXPANDING PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE TO ALL
EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-49e of the general statutes be amended to expand the 1
Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program to include all 2
employees regardless of such employees membership in a bargaining 3
unit or the terms of any collective bargaining agreement. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program to
include all employees, including those under collective bargaining
agreements.
