AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY HOME HEALTH
SERVICES IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the delivery of home health 1
care services in the state, including, but not limited to, reimbursement 2
rates for such services, accreditation standards and the evaluation of the 3
effectiveness of such services. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To study home health services in the state.
