AN ACT REQUIRING THE CERTIFICATION OF HOME HEALTH CARE
PROVIDERS WHO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that home health care 1
providers who provide behavioral health services to be certified to 2
provide such services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require home health care providers of behavioral health services be
certified to provide such services.
