AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish mental health and 1
wellness facilities in western, central and eastern Connecticut for 2
children to receive acute inpatient care, outpatient daily care and 3
education and family support services. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To better provide mental health and wellness to children in our state.
