AN ACT REQUIRING A MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE TO
RIDE AN ELECTRIC FOOT SCOOTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-286 of the general statutes be amended to require a 1
person who rides an electric foot scooter to hold a valid motor vehicle 2
operator's license. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require a person who rides an electric foot scooter to hold a valid
motor vehicle operator's license.
