AN ACT CONCERNING THE FEES CHARGED FOR A MEDICAL 
RECORDS POSTMORTEM REPORT AND A TRUE COPY 
CERTIFICATION. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to exempt a family 1 
member of a decedent child from paying the fees for a medical records 2 
postmortem report of the child from the Office of the Chief Medical 3 
Examiner and for a true copy certification of such report. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To exempt a family member of a decedent child from paying the fees for 
a medical records postmortem report of the child from the Office of the 
Chief Medical Examiner and for a true copy certification of such report.
