AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP TO STUDY AND
PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO UTILIZE STATE
FUNDING IN THE CITIES OF THE STATE TO ADVANCE ECONOMIC
OPPORTUNITIES AND PROMOTE THE WELL -BEING OF CITY
RESIDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a working group be established to study and provide 1
recommendations on the utilization of state funding in the cities of the 2
state to advance economic opportunities and promote the well-being of 3
city residents, including identifying existing programs that are effective 4
and ineffective at utilizing state funding for such purposes. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To study and improve the utilization of state funds in the cities of the
state to further advance economic opportunities and promote the well-
being of city residents.
