AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO UPGRADE TOWN FACILITY TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE EXPANSION OF MUNICIPAL VETERANS SERVICES PROGRAMS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1 issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 one million five hundred thousand dollars, in the fiscal year ending June 4 30, 2026, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 5 Veterans Affairs for the purpose of upgrading technologies at various 6 town facilities and enabling the expansion of municipal veterans 7 services programs. 8 Statement of Purpose: To provide funding for technology upgrades at various town facilities to enable the expansion of municipal veterans services programs.
