AN ACT CONCERNING ENFORCEMENT OF CROSS -BORDER
BOTTLE REDEMPTION PROHIBITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of 1
Revenue Services to enforce, through monetary penalties, the 2
prohibition on cross-border bottle redemptions. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enforce the prohibition on cross-border bottle redemptions.
