AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE RIGHTS OF
RESIDENTS OF CONTINUING-CARE RETIREMENT FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-523a of the general statutes be amended to specify 1
an enforcement mechanism for violations of the rights of individuals 2
residing in a continuing-care retirement facility. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an enforcement mechanism for violations of the rights of
individuals residing in continuing-care retirement facilities.
