AN ACT CONCERNING CONSENT TO RECORD A CONVERSATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that all parties 1
involved in a conversation consent to its recording. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require that all parties consent to a conversation being recorded.
