AN ACT CONCERNING TAX CREDITS FOR TRANSIT -ORIENTED
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide tax credits to 1
individuals and businesses that develop housing directly accessible by 2
public transportation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage housing development that is directly accessible by public
transportation.
