AN ACT DISALLOWING CERTAIN CORPORATE DEDUCTIONS FROM
GROSS INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to disallow, for 1
purposes of calculating operating loss under section 12-217 of the 2
general statutes, corporations from claiming any deductions concerning 3
commercial real property that has been vacant for more than three years. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To disallow, for purposes of calculating operating loss under section 12-
217 of the general statutes, corporations from claiming any deductions
concerning commercial real property that has been vacant for more than
three years.
