AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO ESTABLISH A CONNECTICUT CIVIL RIGHTS MUSEUM. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1 issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 three million five hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall 4 be used by the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities to 5 establish a state civil rights museum. 6 Statement of Purpose: To provide funding to establish a state civil rights museum.
