AN ACT CONCERNING PAID PRENATAL LEAVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 31 of the general statutes be amended to require employers 1
to provide twenty hours of paid leave, in addition to any other leave 2
provided, to pregnant persons for pregnancy-related health care. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require employers to provide twenty hours of paid leave for
pregnancy-related health care.
