1917 AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EXEMPTION FROM DISCLOSURE FOR
2018 CERTAIN HIGHER EDUCATION RECORDS PERTAINING TO

2321 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2624 Section 1. Subsection (b) of section 1-210 of the general statutes is 1
2725 amended by adding subdivision (29) as follows (Effective July 1, 2025): 2
2826 (NEW) (29) Records maintained or kept on file by or for the faculty 3
2927 or staff of a public institution of higher education arising out of teaching 4
3028 or research on medical, artistic, scientific, legal or other scholarly issues, 5
3129 including any such records of legal clinics or centers, but excluding any 6
3230 financial records of such institution. 7
3331 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
