| 66 | 69 | | such member's profession or business. The committee shall adopt 40 |

| 67 | 70 | | regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, governing 41 |

| 68 | 71 | | the procedure of the committee. Members who fail to attend three 42 |

| 69 | 72 | | consecutive meetings or fifty per cent of all meetings during a calendar 43 |

| 70 | 73 | | year shall be deemed to have resigned. The committee may, within the 44 |

| 71 | 74 | | limits of appropriations provided therefor, employ such assistants as 45 |
|---|
| 72 | 75 | | may be necessary to conduct its business. 46 |
