1719 AN ACT CONCERNING WORKFORCE SHORTAGES, WORKFORCE
1820 DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING.
1921 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2224 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Economic and 1
2325 Community Development shall conduct a study of workforce shortages, 2
2426 workforce development and training availability. Such study shall 3
2527 include, but need not be limited to, an analysis of the effect of such 4
2628 shortages, development and availability on commercial activity in the 5
2729 state. Not later than January 1, 2026, the commissioner shall submit a 6
2830 report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general 7
2931 statutes, on the results of such study to the joint standing committee of 8
3032 the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to 9
3133 commerce. 10
