No Fiscal Impact
The amendment has no fiscal impact. It removes provisions in the
underlying bill allowing library employees to bring a civil action against
anyone who harasses them for implementing the bill's policies, and
makes other, minor changes to the underlying bill. These changes do not
impact a municipality's ability to implement any policy, nor do they
change the penalties a municipality may face for not implementing any
policy.
