1818 AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Children and 1
2323 Families shall conduct a study to evaluate the efficacy of the programs 2
2424 administered by the Department of Children and Families. The 3
2525 commissioner shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 4
2626 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such study to the joint 5
2727 standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 6
2828 matters relating to children on or before January 1, 2026. 7
2929 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
