23 | 23 | Families shall conduct a study to evaluate the efficacy of the programs 2 | |

25 | 25 | commissioner shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 4 | |
26 | 26 | 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such study to the joint 5 | |
27 | 27 | standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 6 | |
28 | 28 | matters relating to children on or before January 1, 2026. 7 | |
