22 | 23 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Energy and 1 | |
23 | 24 | Environmental Protection shall conduct a study concerning the 2 | |
24 | 25 | operations, reliability, rates and regulatory oversight of electric utilities 3 | |
25 | 26 | in the state. Not later than January 1, 2026, the commissioner shall 4 | |
26 | 27 | submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the 5 | |
27 | 28 | general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General 6 | |
28 | 29 | Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to energy and 7 | |
