24 | 25 | | Section 1. Section 19a-38 of the general statutes is repealed and the 1 |

27 | 28 | | amount of fluoride to the water supply of any water system that it owns 4 |

28 | 29 | | and operates and that serves twenty thousand or more persons so as to 5 |

29 | 30 | | maintain an average monthly fluoride content [that is not more or less 6 |
