1819 AN ACT REQUIRING BOARDS OF EDUCATION TO POST
1920 CURRICULUM ONLINE.
2021 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2122 Assembly convened:

2324 Section 1. Subsection (e) of section 10-220 of the general statutes is 1
2425 repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective July 1, 2
2526 2025): 3
2627 (e) Each local and regional board of education shall establish a school 4
2728 district curriculum committee. The committee shall recommend, 5
2829 develop, review and approve all curriculum for the local or regional 6
2930 school district. Each local and regional board of education shall (1) make 7
3031 available all curriculum approved by the committee and all associated 8
3132 curriculum materials in accordance with the requirements of the 9
3233 Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, 20 USC 1232h, and (2) post all 10
3334 approved curriculum on the Internet web site of such board. 11
3435 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
