AN ACT CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING VOLUMES 1 TO 13,
INCLUSIVE, OF THE GENERAL STATUTES REVISED TO JANUARY 1,
2025.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) Volumes 1 to 13, inclusive, of the 1
general statutes of Connecticut, revised to 1958, consolidated, codified, 2
arranged and revised to January 1, 2025, by the legislative 3
commissioners under the provisions of subsection (g) of section 2-56 of 4
the general statutes and published under the title "The General Statutes 5
of Connecticut, Revision of 1958, Revised to January 1, 2025", including 6
the consolidation, codification, arrangement and revision of the public 7
acts of the state from 1959 to 2024, inclusive, are adopted, ratified, 8
confirmed and enacted. 9
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:

To confirm and adopt the general statutes, revised to January 1, 2025.
