26 | 27 | | Information Act, as defined in section 1-200 of the general statutes. Not 4 |

27 | 28 | | later than February 15, 2026, the secretary shall submit a report of the 5 |

28 | 29 | | findings of such study, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-6 |

29 | 30 | | 4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General 7 |

30 | 31 | | Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to government 8 |
