44 | 47 | | offered through an inclusive learning environment open to all students 16 |

46 | 49 | | disabilities: (A) A degree or certificate program, (B) a program through 18 |
---|
47 | 50 | | which such a student may earn an occupational credential, or (C) a 19 |
---|
48 | 51 | | credit-bearing or noncredit course, (3) availability of inclusive academic 20 |

49 | 52 | | enrichment experiences, extracurricular activities and employment and 21 |
---|
50 | 53 | | socialization opportunities, (4) provision of individualized supports 22 |
---|
51 | 54 | | and services for the unique academic, social, housing and life-skills 23 |
---|
52 | 55 | | needs, as applicable, of such students, including, but not limited to, peer 24 |
---|
53 | 56 | | mentors, assistive technology or an on-campus resource center, (5) 25 |
---|
54 | 57 | | provision of information or training for staff, faculty and peers in 26 |
---|
55 | 58 | | educating and supporting such students, as applicable, and (6) funding 27 |
---|
56 | 59 | | required to provide such inclusive educational programs and related 28 |
---|
57 | 60 | | supports and services and whether any funding is available through 29 |
---|
58 | 61 | | financial aid, federal programs, nonprofit organizations or any other 30 |
---|
59 | 62 | | resources. 31 |

60 | 63 | | (b) Not later than January 1, 2026, the Board of Regents for Higher 32 |

61 | 64 | | Education shall submit, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-33 |

63 | 66 | | Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education 35 |
