| 25 | 26 | shall distribute, sell or offer for sale any smoke detection and warning 3 | |
| 26 | 27 | equipment that is powered solely by a battery unless such battery is 4 | |
| 27 | 28 | nonreplaceable, nonremovable and capable of powering the equipment 5 | |

| 29 | 30 | (2) The provisions of subdivision (1) of this subsection shall not apply 7 | |
