RESOLUTION PROPOSING APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT AND THE STATE
EMPLOYEES BARGAINING AGENT COALITION (SEBAC)
CONCERNING DISABILITY RETIREMENT INCOME FOR
CORRECTION OFFICERS.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the agreement between the State of Connecticut and the State 1
Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC), amending certain 2
terms and conditions concerning disability retirement income for 3
correction officers, submitted to this assembly January 24, 2025, for 4
approval, as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general 5
statutes, is approved. 6
