20- BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
21-act may be cited as the “ Modifications to Human Care Agreement No. CW 93767 with Sasha
22-Bruce Youthworks, Inc. Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2023”.

24-Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451 of the Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1- 204.51)
25-and notwithstanding the requirements of section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of
26-2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18- 371; D.C. Official Code § 2- 352.02), the Council
27-approves Modification Nos . 5, 6, and 7 to Human Care Agreement No. CW 93767 with Sasha
28-Bruce Youthworks, Inc. to provide pre - and post-transitional care homes to District youth and
29-authorizes payment in the not -to-exceed amount of $2,452,391.20 for the goods and services
30-received and to be received under the m odifications.

33-The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal
34-impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975,
