21- BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
22-act may be cited as the “District Department of Transportation Fiscal Year 2023 Reprogramming
23-Emergency Approval Act of 2023”.

25- Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to section 47- 363 of the District of Columbia Official Code, the
26-Mayor transmitted to the Council a reprogramming request in the amount of $850,000 to be
27-transferred within the District Department of Transportation.
28- (b) The Council approves the $850,000 reprogramming request.

30- Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement.
31- The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Budget Director as the fiscal impact
32-statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, approved
33-October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1- 301.47a).

35- Sec. 4. Effective date.
36- This act shall take effect following approval by the Mayor (or in the event of veto by the
37-Mayor, action by the Council to override the veto), and shall remain in effect for no longer than
38-90 days, as provided for emergency acts of the Council of the District of Columbia in section
