26 | | - | (a) Paragraph (1)(B) is amended by striking the phrase “immediate threat” and inserting |

27 | | - | the phrase “imminent threat” in its place. |

29 | | - | (1) Subparagraph (A) is amended by striking the phrase “fleeing suspect,” and |

30 | | - | inserting the phrase “fleeing suspect or suspects,” in its place. |

32 | | - | “(B) Under the totality of the circumstances, not likely to cause death or |
